Corporate Objectives

The Corporate Objectives of Mercy Health and Aged Care Central Queensland Limited are as follows:

• Continue the healing ministry of Jesus Christ by providing a high standard of care to the sick and aged
• Promote a holistic approach to the continuum of care
• Continue to support the value of the family unit in all aspects of service provision
• Provide resources and services to special areas of need consistent with the Organisation's commitment to Social
• Accountability
• Develop a workplace environment characterised by communication, consultation and co-operation
• Foster and support an organisational culture and shared strategic direction
• Promote an environment which focuses upon continuous quality improvement
• Develop effective relationships with Government and other relevant agencies
• Ensure that community needs are incorporated in the implementation, evaluation and review of the Corporate Strategic Plan
• Ensure financial viability of Mercy Health and Aged Care Central Queensland Limited
