Bethany is a 125 place residential aged care facility located at 75 Ward Street, Rockhampton. The facility offers both high and low care for senior citizens. Accommodation on the site includes the modern 30-place accommodation block completed in May 2002 and the mutli-level former Bethany Nursing Home. The newest accommodation houses a 15 place dementia specific unit and a 15 place low care unit. This building is the first stage in a major redevelopment of the site to be completed over the next 5 years. Upon completion of this project, all residents will enjoy single room accommodation with the convenience of ensuites.

Residents have access to extensive Pastoral Care services and a Chapel on site for use by all religious denominations.

McAuley Place Residential Aged Care
Facility Rockhampton

McAuley Place is a 27 place low care residential aged care facility located at 263 Agnes Street, Rockhampton. McAuley Place opened in January 1996 and is located within the refurbished former Range Convent. The very modern residential accommodation comprises 20 rooms with sitting room and 7 studio rooms across 3 levels in the beautiful heritage listed building. The facility has small dining areas and lounges on each level to offer residents maximum privacy and cater for family and visitors. Residents have access to extensively landscaped gardens, a Chapel, and the magnificient Middle Hall which serves as the community centre for the entire site. McAuley Place shares the site with Mercy Administration Centre, Mercy Health and Aged Care Central Queensland Corporate Office and the Range Village.

Leinster Place Residential Aged Care
Facility North Rockhampton

Leinster Place is a 75 bed low and high care facility located at 3 Pearce Street, North Rockhampton. Opened in November, 1997 Leinster Place was designed to operate under a social model of care. The innovative design offers residents the privacy and independence of single room accommodation, with lifestyle enhancing features such as: extensive gardens, recreational area, lounge areas and intimate dining settings. The design has attempted to replicate a normal streetscape with the accommodation clusters of 15 residents giving the appearance of individual houses, although each is discreetly linked. One of the houses has been purposely designed as a 15 place secure dementia centre. Leinster Place has a Chapel for use by residents of all religious denominations, with Pastoral Care services available to residents, staff and their families.
